Pieve del Cairo, is an Italian municipality of 1.734 inhabitants in the province of Pavia in Lombardy. The municipality is located in lower Lomellina, on the left bank of the Po. The rental rates for the flats will be set in line with the local market, ensuring a balance between profitability and affordability for potential tenants ( approximately 400\450 euro ).
